Our 4kg off cuts are quality seasoned pieces of either American or French oak in their natural state. Perfect for BBQ cooking or aging spirits, fortified wine or port. Typically imparts desirable vanilla, butter and spice flavours. As a result of being off cuts, and a price to indicate great value. These off cuts come in variety of sizes, however we try and maintain some sought of consistency for cooking and brewing purpose’s.
