Q: I don’t have a credit card. What other options can I use for payment?
A: Electronic transfer, Direct Deposit, Cash, or Paypal Order, simply contact us via email to organize alternative payment. We will contact you via email or telephone to organize the completion of your order.
Q: Can I exchange/refund items?
A: Provided the goods have not been fitted or altered and are with the original packaging, they can be exchanged or refunded, but a restocking fee applies.
Q: Are my goods covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty?
A: Yes, provided the goods are returned to us and have not been tampered with, and also complies with the Manufacturers conditions.
